I enjoy the vibrance of the colors of the water in these photo’s , especially the green water . the way it swirls as the blue water flows  freely , provides for great composition .

Liquid Art

Today in class we photographed liquids in various ways to create interesting images. By capturing the liquid in motion my group and I were able to create dynamic photographs. The photo I chose is my personal best because of the bold shape the liquid creates, with the crisp contrast highlighting the yellow liquid making it look a bit gold-ish. IMG_9889

Water Collide

_MG_1234

What I love about this photo is how the both water from different cups comes together. With fast shutter speed, we were able to capture the details of the water. The overall image create a sense of symmetrical. With the white background, it makes the green water and the glass to pop out. By putting the lighting behind the cup, it reduce any reflection glare on the glasses.

Splash

I like this photograph because of the saturation of the water with no use of photoshop. I also like the texture of the water because it looks more like ice frozen in air.  The result wasn’t what we were looking for to upload to flickr but it did look great on its own.

Water Show

I like this one because it creates an image. How it was done was trying to swirl the water around in the glass and shot it up before the shutter went off.

I really like this photograph because of the composition of it. It is simple and with the motion of the water shows an attractive. The lighting in the background can improve and we could get a really nice white background. Over all the image its just attractive because of the motion of the water.

Glass drop

I love this image, this image shows an interesting shape with the water splashing and something is dropping into the glass. The color of the green gives an interesting feeling. The drop of the item seems to show a goldfish going inside of the glass.

Water Splash

This was my favorite picture we took today. It was a very fun and messy challenge. The photograph has lovely detail especially in the glass. The movement of the water gave different shades of red making it interesting to the eye.

The PINEAPPLE

Bitter FruitI say this is my personal best. The reason for this, is because of the angel this picture was shoot. it was a Birds eye view a making this pineapple very interesting. Its very blurry not sharp on the top and very sharp at the bottom you can see the yellow and the green detail worked. The way the lighting is shot is side light making the background very dark and only some part of the pineapple appear light not all of it. Very nice, angels and position the light make a big difference in taking a photograph.

Still Lights

IMG_9442-2

This image is my favorite because of the high contrast with the lights reflecting the pineapple. This image gives me a party feeling and it went to Vegas  and never came back. Dancing with the lights gives the pineapple a fun feeling. I Love this image.
