After reading the ” First Year Companion” I learned that I might not be as alone as I thought it would be in college. I thought that college was going to be ruthless and I was going to have to stay on a difficult track to be able to maintain stability, while I still do think that is the case I learn that college gives you a hand especially when you start off. College gives you guidelines on how to stay focus and they do this by letting you know a head of time of what to expect, they allow you to manage yourself before you are thrown in and get to overwhelm. Though I do think that even with this guideline you have to focus on maintaining time and making sure you are prepared for what is to come.
