WRJ #11: Making Magic Off The Clock

Working for Disney has grown magic in my heart. I am beginning to genuinely create magic even when I’m not on the clock. Last week my former co-worker from JP Morgan was in Orlando with his son. The first thing that came to mind was making it a memorable trip for him and his son. I was able to get two extra tickets from Qing and we made some magic happen. It turns out it was his sons first time at Disney and he loved it! Now it makes me happy to know that I am part of a child’s first visit to Disney and a memory that will last forever. Also, my girlfriend came to visit me on the same day and I made the magic happen for her too. I also took her to the parks and used my connections with various characters and cast members to make it an experience of a lifetime. She loved it and I am also part of her first experience in Disney. After those experiences that I had making magic I learned why cast members love working for Disney. It is that feeling that you get that keeps us going.
