Response

My opinion of Paul Rand’s view of the designer/client relationship is that I can see a correlation between past designer/client relationships to the current one, It varies, but the relationship can impact the piece a lot, it requires a lot of back and forth for both parties to be satisfied with the end results. but design tends to be forced to be limited despite the use it can be powerful. “Yet most companies neglect design as a strategy tool. What they don’t realize is that design can enhance products, environments, communications, and corporate identity.” (Rand 64)
