For my research project, I want to learn about romance games. As a gamer, I have several different types of games on my phone. And one of the games I have played since the server was opened is a romance game. There’s a lot I like about this romance game, one of which is the technology it uses on its characters. So, throughout the project, I will explain the origin of romance games and the technical development of romance games, and my little view on technology and games.

I loved your video; I believe we have all played romantic games at some point in our lives. I recall playing them when I was in middle school. I loved how you translated and explained the Japanese terms. I liked that you mentioned big eyes; I’ve seen videos about it before, and females in Japan try to make their eyes look bigger in real life as well. Maybe have a shorter time span on the videos when it’s just them talking in Japanese. Interesting topic, good job!
Hi Manjie, I love your video, I like how you explain the character designs and how they can help to appeal to the audience and the inspiration of betty boop. I like the examples that you used from different games and shows, I think that the videos you showed of the animation at the earliest stages are helpful to give context to how the technology was changing. I think making the clips of the gameplay just a few seconds shorter would be good and maybe when you are at the end of the video instead of showing the citations you show more images of how the illustration changed to go along with what you are saying. I think you did a great job doing research and you put the information in a way that helps the viewer stay engaged.
I enjoyed this video because it wasnt something i expected to see. The idea of the romance games into the design aspect was really unique and different. Just something that could be fixed could be the video where there wasn’t audio which went on alil too long almost felt as if something was a different video
