The advantages of machine printing and the dramatic increase in printing efficiency gradually replaced hand printing, and the birth of a large number of printed materials also heralded a new period in design. The combination of text and images, typography and photography, the new typography expresses clarity, they are better than the previous traditional design/typography. The designers achieve a perfect combination of technology and art, and traditional design was monotonous and boring.

Typography is one of the most important components in design and looking good is just not enough. What designers have to do in typography is not only to make the text readable, but also simple and easy to read. Technological innovations were emerging, and the advent of photography had a significant impact on the development of typography. Photography gradually became an indispensable tool in design, and together with textual illustrations, it constituted an important element of typography. It is important to know that the inclusion of images greatly enhances the attractiveness of the layout compared to the monotony of text. Each technological revolution has brought a new leap forward in design. One example is because of the popularity of printing, which brought about the development of graphic design. Advances in technology have always influenced every aspect of design, and designers have always understood technology, applied it, and made technology work for creativity and value.
