For today’s Session 21, we begin discussion of Unit 3 which builds on the work you’ve done in Unit 2:

For today’s session:

1. Watch and read: “Understanding Genre Awareness” (A Discussion and Video)
2. Read: the Assignment for Unit 3 (which builds on research from Unit 2)
3. Complete: Participation Activity, Session 21: Your Research Audience
4. If you haven’t already: watch the video presentation in this post and submit your Unit 2 Assignment on Blackboard before end of day today. (This was also on last Thursday’s To-Do List). To those who have already posted: well done!

For today’s Session 20, (we made it to 20!) you will learn about posting the Unit 2 Assignment on SafeAssign and revise and submit  Unit 2.

For today’s session:

1. Review: comments made by your peer review group! These should appear below your post.
2. Read: Revising and Writing the Unit 2 Assignment
3. Revise: Assignment 2: Annotated Bibliography. Use the tips in the post above to strengthen your assignment.
4. Watch: the video presentation Unit 2 Assignment: Due on Blackboard On or Before Nov. 10
5. Complete: the  Participation Activity below by Tuesday, Nov. 10. It’s short but important!
6. Before end of day on Tuesday, Nov. 10: Submit your Unit 2 Assignment. Log into Blackboard and submit here.

Understanding the Technology Video: Uploading Unit 2 Assignment to Blackboard

(Due any time before 10 am on Tuesday, Nov. 3 for attendance credit)

On the class Discussion Board, state that you have watched the video (see item 4 above) about uploading your assignment on Blackboard and let me know if you have further questions.  If you have no questions, you can state: I’ve watched the video and have no questions. But….if you do have questions, please ask them!
