One of the biggest satisfactions I’d say I’d like to see throughout the 1st semester is growth.  Being successful for me doesn’t mean to start at the top and end at the top but instead to start from the bottom and progressively build your way up to the top. I wish I can say that by December I’ll have accounting mastered but that isn’t likely to happen. By December how I will Identify if I’m a successful student is by knowing I learned something new about what I enjoy. This also applies to the next question which is what will give me a sense of purpose of your first semester in college. I will definitely feel purposeful knowing that I’m growing as a student and a person. Some actions I have taken recently to fulfill my purpose is to figure out a time management regime, this I consider a big step forward because I know it can be difficult to manage time so by doing this it allows time for work, gym, family and most importantly school. One of the challenges I’m facing is Virtually learning, everyone has their own preference when It comes to learning and for me personally its more difficult for me to finish things virtually because of all the different websites and links I have to navigate through. The image I used isn’t of me but I feel like it can represent me and also some of my fellow colleagues as well. For instance, as I said in the beginning of this project, we all start from somewhere, wherever that somewhere may be, we are all trying to progress and become a better version of ourselves .

Success for me is completely confident within myself and my learning during my first semester of college. It’s my desire to win. Winning means coming first but for me, it’s balancing and understanding the knowledge I’m receiving as well as my personal life. After being stressed and overwhelmed during this unexpected tragedy, I am expecting great results. The high expectations will come easily. Emotions and questions will still come and go. However, I will learn how to control it and not let it overwhelm me. There will still be sleepless nights; eventually, until there is no more. This instant you feel lost and hopeless. You feel alone and uncertain. Uncertain about the right career path. In addition, thoughts are stacked on top of each other. Overlap and intertwining with one another. Sucks to say but this is what the first semester is for you. Nevertheless, these are the challenges that will make me a better student for next semester. Therefore they become my motivation. You may be wondering why I say that?  Well “without pain there is no gain”. Nothing comes easy. It only becomes easy when you put in the hard work. It might not be overnight. 

Now that you are reading this, it’s good to take a look back at the person you were a couple of months ago and reflect. At this present time, the grass is much greener and the sun is much brighter. The end of the road is still at the deep end but you are on the right path. I am not afraid anymore. I feel confident and brave about every step I am going to take from now. I am now feeling a college student who is ready for all the ups and downs of this journey. 

My photo represents the grades  I reach for at all times.  This does not necessarily mean I will always get the highest grades at all times: my grades should at least be a reflex of that photo. that is what I hope for. I choose this photo because  I connect with it. It brings positivity to thoughts about school This photograph encourages me to try best and accept it.

In this semester, my only goal is to pass all my classes wit a good grades. I wan to improve myself for all the others subjects. I know it will not be easy for me because this is my first semester of college and we all know that we need some guide when we are new. but I will do all my best I can to passes this semester. I will use all my times to do all the assignments. it going to be hard a little for me because I’m working and at the same time having classes. The action that I will take to pass all my classes is to manage my time because all the teachers are giving a lot of work at the same time. Also summit all work on time, always attend any online classes. Take notes and pay attention because it’s not easy to focus at home when the kids are around.
