I’m giving everyone an extra week to complete the both parts of the Assignment for Unit 3, which is due before 10 am on Tuesday, Dec. 1.

Part 1:

At that time, you should (depending on the genre you choose):

  1. Make a post on the OpenLab site with  a link to your TedTalk.
  2. Make a post on the OpenLab site with a link to your podcast.
  3. Make a post on the OpenLab site with a magazine style article as a pdf.
  4. Make a post on the OpenLab site with a pdf of your poster or brochure, or a link to site where you have stored this.

I will comment on this post privately, but everyone in the class will be able to see it. Again, the “length” depends on what you choose to explore.

Part 2:

You should also upload to Blackboard, a short, (1 page, double spaced) Artist’s Statement about your project, using the instructions in this post. On the Artist’s Statement, I will give comments and a grade for the overall assignment (Parts 1 and 2) which will appear in the Grade Center.

Note: Those of you who have revised your Annotated Bibliography (Unit 2), you can also submit this on Blackboard. Those who have not turned this Assignment in will have now an F recorded for this assignment, however, you can still submit this for a grade change.
