Live Well 3rd post

After doing the Live Well exercise about stress, I realized that I do not take time out of my day to address the things that are stressing me. When this happens, I feel myself dealing with a load of stress and it becomes overwhelming. One thing that I realized is that I allow my stress to pile up. In order to deal with the things that stress me out, I have to find stress management techniques that are tailored to my lifestyle. Taking ten minutes out of my day to figure out what’s stressing me out is one way that I want to start dealing with my stress. This will allow me some down time to recap on the things stressing me out and then find possible solutions.
