TDC-MIT Transportation & Infrastructure Summit

Dear all,

My name is Gabriel Barrett, and I am a student in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at MIT. I am writing to announce the upcoming TDC-MIT Transportation & Infrastructure Summit on Monday, April 17th, 2023 (starting at 12 PM EDT).

This year’s summit, which will be held virtually, features keynote presentations as well as panel discussions addressing this year’s theme of “Dreaming Big: The Way Forward”. The summit panels feature industry leaders from the public, private and non-profit sectors and cover topics including but not limited to transit electrification efforts, microtransit, transportation equity, and transit ridership in a post-pandemic world.

This will be a chance for everyone with interests related to the future of cities and transportation to hear from leaders in the field and to be able to interact with them around these areas. There will also be trivia games with transportation-themed prizes and time to network with many like-minded individuals and speakers.

Students, faculty, staff, and alumni can register for free at https://tdc-ntl.org/event/virtual-mit-summit-2023/. We would appreciate you distributing this email and attached flyer to those in transportation and related disciplines at your university.

Thank you and please feel free to contact us at tdcsummit@mit.edu with any questions or comments. We hope to see you at the summit on April 17th!

Sincerely,
Gabriel Barrett
