Rosemary graduated from CUNY’s NYC College of Technology with a Civil Engineering Associate degree before going on to complete a Civil Engineering Bachelor’s degree and Master degree with a Construction Management focus. Prior to focusing on Civil Engineering, she also studied mathematics as an undergraduate.

Rosemary is an Associate with Hazen & Sawyer where she focuses on the design and regulatory permitting of site plans. In addition to working for an engineering consulting firm, she has spent 7 years working directly for government agencies including 2 years at NCDOT focusing on Value Engineering, Risk Assessments, and other Value Management Programs; and 5 years with MTA Bridges and Tunnels, working on several phases of project development including working at the Verrazano Bridge Engineering Field Office.
