RAB Proposal Paragraph – Fan

How has the COVID pandemic changed education for the better or for the worse? Since we are all doing online learning because of the pandemic. I was curious about students learning progress and process. Even though Covid creates inconveniences to learning, I think online learning is more effective than face-to-face school.

There are many reasons. I can finish my work right after class. It just helped me a lot by saving me commuting time and I can sleep longer. More importantly, online learning saves a tremendous amount of space on campus. In a personal situation, it’s really hard for me to speak in a physical classroom, I would probably lose my confidence somehow while I speak because I am in fact a shy person. Also, I can get a better dictation if the professor was speaking in a low volume.

There are also disadvantages too.  I knew that people might find it difficult to participate or stay focused in the Zoom classroom. Also, it’s difficult to get face-to-face help especially when you have a question on a topic or subject. There will be some delay in answering or asking questions.

Some points that I plan to explore and find out more about are the advantages and disadvantages of participation, grade increases, and knowledge gained.
