For the general idea of my project, I would like to propose is to create a anklet that one can wear if they choose to do so. This anklet will be able to tell how a person is feeling or what mood they are in. I chose to do this because  most of the people that I am surrounded by are very emotional and moody. Creating such an anklet, I will be able to tell how someone is feeling and will better help me to communicate with that person.
