Part 3
Create a plan develop a plan draw a timeline, then use the information to build a Gant chart. Then use the information from your Gant chart to create a PERT table and then the chart. Label your critical path and look for any dependency linkages. These are the critical steps in your planning. Assign your best staff to responsibilities’ along the critical path and give your dependency linages your attention.
