Production Team

Production Team Assignment

Team building exercise. Your team will them present the PowerPoint, it important that each team member present at least one side.

Getting-to-know-your-teamDownload

Download the power point and answer each question with your new team. Be aware of your own voice and when you choose to speak. What methods worked for you to be sure each team member had a voice in the process? Did you observe some team members needed a quiet moment before they spoke to collect their thoughts and deliver their ideas? did you observe a team member that jumped out with an idea and had to speak first as the idea was fun and exciting to express? did you observe a team member you needed to invite into the conversation before they would speak? As you lead a team through a planning process it is important to keep the ideas of equality; every team member needs to have a moment to reflect and contribute. And equity, the observation that some team members need more time to express their ideas than their peers and some team members need preparation time before they speak. As a leader you will need to learn to discover each trait in your team and guide the group to encourage each team member to be aware of how each person works within the group and how best they can contribute by being allowed to be their best true self.

Follow along with the video below which is a guide to filling on the power point.
