Congratulations on selecting a popup event to produce. To facilitate your participation and your evaluation of the event and your contributions you will be doing a series of assignments to help you collect information and data. Turn in all assignments on Blackboard, Assignments tab, live event experience folder.
Assignments
- Write a one page document include your name, your job title, job description and a list of at least five deliverables.
- Gantt chart presenting your timetable from now to the end of the semester.
- Select either a WBS or PERT chart presenting your area of responsibility, I suggest you include your deadlines and deliverables.
- Artistic content: Post and marketing art your plan to post on social media platforms.
- Weekly Journal entries. Each week write about what you accomplished for this project.
These assignments will allow you to collect information for your final paper.
Event Summary and personal evaluation
This project is an essay. You need to discuss all five points listed below.
Please include 2 citations and footnote them at the end of your essay.
You are allowed to use any content you created such as charts and diagrams inside your essay to use as examples or discussion points.
- Summarize- Two to three sentences that provide a short description of the project, its purpose and the responcibilities you took on
- Background- why you selected the area to work in. Was the area one of your strengthes? What did you learn?
- What was your process- who, what, when, where why and how you were involved to plan, create and present the event. Include a discussion of your deliverables.
      4. Results- did you complete your milestones and deadlines. What did you you do to help the event happen on time as planned.(OR what had to change to allow the event to occur on time but modified.)
- Recommendations- How will you finding or conclusion of your project effect what you do next. Is there an impact on any elements or groups of people? Will your experience change how you do things or be a strategy for a following project? Will a shift in your thinking result in new procedures, guidelines or directions? ( Pick one or more and discuss.)

2. How did you apply what you learned in the pop up event.
3. Please present at least one chart or table to use as a discussion point
4. Include an introduction and conclusion
