The change of weather has been hard for me to get used too. I recently started a new job so that mixed with the daylight savings is affecting my sleep schedule. It gets darker earlier so I feel more fatigued after work and by the time I get home its already night time and all I want to do is melt into my bed. When it gets darker earlier it also feels like the day goes by faster but its really not. Not only has it been affecting my sleep but the weather itself is getting much harsher. Its quickly become very cold and windy outside so now I have to go back to wearing my heavy coat. It took much longer than it usually would for the weather to get colder, In October it was still pretty warm outside. Not exactly hot but a temperature that was bearable and reasonable enough to just wear a hoodie. Now I feel like the cold weather has hit so suddenly so its definitely going to take some getting used to again.
