I graduated High School in June 2014, and went to City Tech the following Fall as a business major. Upon finishing my first semester, I found myself unhappy with my decision, leading me to take a hiatus from class and focus more time in Catering. During this time I learned how to set up events, schedule workers for multiple events and train new employees. Doing this for several years made me want to pursue an actual degree in Hospitality because I enjoy helping people and travelling, and in Hospitality, I would be able to do both. The events were for large groups so this was a great opportunity for me to work under pressure and not cave in. This was an amazing opportunity because it  let me maintain my cool in stressful situations, and not let things get out of hand and make things worse. Ultimately, I would like to get my degree in Hospitality and be able to work in famous hotels and hopefully be able to travel and explore new places and cultures.
