Thesis statement: Domesticated cats are all over the world. How did they spread? How were they domesticated and what relationship did they had with people through out history? The timeline will focus on the relationship with people. The map will explain where they spread.

I’m a dog person myself but all of my friends has cats and I must say they are growing on me. My way of saying I like your topic!
I like the idea of showing how cats have domesticated around the world. Especially since there is a lot of cultural thoughts about cats. I think maybe for the timeline, since you’re exploring the relationship with people you can somehow include that? Unless its purely about how humans domesticated cats.
I think the map sketches are interesting – it reminded me of a newspaper layout (with the headline “Cats has taken over the world”). It would be interesting to see how you layout the text. Its a really good topic and I look forward to seeing what the final design looks like!
