I have come across many problems throughout my life and what I feel that affected me and my community the most is health fitness. This had a major impact throughout my life for many years because of the many phases my body went through when I was either trying to lose weight and eat healthy or gain weight and build muscle. what I want to try and explain to many people is the type of food that we consume and how this has led us to being in a not so good mental state or health as well. One of the major problems is the type of food we need to eat. This is important to me and my community because when it comes down to the type of food we consume we have to realize is it healthy or unhealthy. As most people don’t know the amount of bad things there are in certain types of foods and majority of that is, is in junk food. I want people to just feel better about themselves and live a better and healthy life. When it comes down to not working out and eating bad things it can lead to some type of depression and anxiety as well. I had experienced things like this in the past before because of the bad hobbits I would go through such as staying home and playing video games for the majority of my life, This wasn’t something I wanted to do but it was the only option because it was the only thing keeping me away from the real world. So everyday I looked at my body. I knew it wasn’t the best and mentally I would suffer because I wanted to look the best. But how could I have achieved that if all I did was eat junk food. Well it simply started with just a walk and then as time went on I went for runs everyday and as the days past I realized how healthy I started to become. This problem started to increase when the pandemic occurred because everyone had to stay home. So what did everyone do while they were home? they ate a bunch of junk food and binge watched many movies and I wouldn’t say I’m innocent because I’m sure that I did this as well. Once the pandemic happened many people’s health fitness lifestyle fell to the ground because there wasn’t much to do or work on. This problem can impact anybody in particular, whether that’s if you mentally don’t feel good or if you want to start working out because you never had the opportunity too. This can also apply to people who do not feel physically good about themselves. I feel that this is important to address now because there are majority of people who health fitness is not the best or maybe they eat majority of bad food and who know maybe in the future this can lead people to feel more depressed or even lead to more percentage of people being obese. To start change now I can start a movement that involves some type of program that can be virtual or in person and this can help people from all around the world because maybe you are too lazy to get up and go the gym, well the solution could be working out from home and the other one is a program that gets people started with their journey. This is a major problem that I feel that I can talk about and possibly see a change onΒ .
