I feel that this was my best photo because of how clearly it shows texture. The close up makes it hard to know exactly what the subject is but you know for sure it’s made of denim & because of it, you can really sense way the denim feels. What is also working in this image is the leading line created by the seam that takes your eye from one side of the photo to the other. There is also shallow depth of field with the focus on the middle ground. These 3 elements work together to make this photo appealing & more interesting.

This is personality my favorite photo of the day. The reasons is because of how you can clearly see the blurry and the way it directs your eye to the very sharp focus of the image. I enjoy patterns and shapes. This image not only is a pattern but has a focus on the middle,

I found this photo to be strong because of the difference in tones of each half. The contrast really catches my attention. It also uses the foreground middle ground and background to give a strong sense of depth.

This image uses shallow depth of field. This image also shows the center of composition. The color brings an interesting feel compare to the grey lightening as the background.

I like the composition of this photograph, I think the little addition of color makes it a bit interesting to look at, also the color is not too bright and gives the photograph a feeling of sadness. Also it focuses on the foreground making the viewer wonder what’s behind the subject.

I like this photo because it’s more focus on the middle switch than the rest. It’s a close-up shot so we can see it with more details and it seems better when it’s at a low angle than a high angle. I would like to try to get a closer with a little angle without showing the light source so that it can show a little detail and some shadows on it as well.

I chose this picture as my personal best because of the way the lines stretch away to the person standing several yards down the hall. The way he sits in the void of the chair’s space creates an effect I like a lot because it emphasizes deep space.
