For my final project, I created a mask from the foam board and painted it. The idea came from everyone wearing masks outside now. I measured it so that I would be able to actually wear it as a mask. The inspiration came from Darth Revan’s Mandalorian helmet and the kanohi masks from the Lego Bionicle franchise. Also, it was originally influenced by the idea of a welder’s mask. I chose the colors orange and dark grey because of the contrast and it reminds me of the glow of molten steel.
