My Daily Routine Video

Project Description

This is my Life In A Day Video that shows my daily routine as a student living in New York City. The video begins with me waking up in my apartment in Queens, NY. I get out of bed and walk to the bathroom to take a shower. I get dressed and head outside to start my day. I walk through my neighborhood in Flushing, Queens and take the local bus to work. I step into my office and I get to work. After my job ends, i look exhausted and my eyes shrink and change color, which is a sign that my day is over. I go on the internet and head back home. I relive this daily routine everyday like the movie Groundhog Day. This is a daily routine that I have all year long. Something funny happens at the end. I hope you enjoy my Life In A Day Video. Thank you.

Visually Enhanced Quotes

Project Description

I decided to use the quote “I am a believer that color affects people’s moods” by Lilly Pulitzer for the visual enhanced quote project. The quote accurately represents human emotions and reaction to color. I get a feeling of joy when i see bright colors. Color brings a sense of warmth and comfort to my life. I decided to find images of someone full of joy, happiness that happens to relate to color. This festival is called Holi. I used powerpoint to create this project. The font I chose was Times because it’s subtle and blends well with the image. I believe this font matches the overall feel of the entire celebration.

Poster Project

Project Description

For my poster project, I created an ad for Waze “GPS” App. I wanted to spread awareness to young drivers who likes to speed. I believe speeding is a topic that everyone around the world must take seriously. It can cost you lots of money in fines, you can lose your license and hurt somebody. I believe if everyone is mindful of themselves while driving, the streets can be a safer place for all. The License to Drive campaign is for people who want to keep their license and avoid speeding tickets. The campaign will use visuals/scenarios that show the location of police officers. I decided to use color markers to illustrate the poster. On the bottom of my illustration, I put “License to Drive” below the logo. My goal is to have drivers use Waze GPS App. Using Waze can alert you to slow down when cops are nearby and learn to be a safer driver.
