At Traditions
Since day one (check in day) everything has been magical but more exciting when I got my name tag and my Cast Member ID. Tradition was a day to remember, we learned so much about the company mission and its goal. At tradition we also had the opportunity to go for the first time back stage of Magic Kingdom. In tradition we also got to meet amazing people who work for Disney, people who have given up on certain things in their life just to work for such a magical company. After tradition as everybody does, I went to Magic kingdom to start using my free entrance benefits as an official Cast Member.
Being back stage for the first time is a unique and eye opening experience. What did you learn about service or standard operating systems on that day? Have you used this information in your own workplace yet?
