The authors aesthetic approach was to break away from traditional typographic designs and create new designs that were visually more appealing and distinctive than before. It is better than traditional typography of the past because the new typography incorporated the use of technology. It allowed designers to be more creative and innovate new designs that were eye-catching and less boring. Photography also played a huge role in the development of typography. They were able to mix photography with typography to create unique designs that were more detailed, add color and attract viewers. The readers were able to visualize the design and get a better understanding of the message instead of just words alone. It became a common tool that was used in typography. Technological advancements of the 20th century have influenced aesthetic forms and theories in design by creating more opportunities to experiment design. Everything was shared through the internet and social media. It allowed designers to share new ideas and take inspiration from other designers.
