On my first week, I started to work on my resume and my portfolio. I wasn’t okay with my work so I started to edit a few things on each piece of my portfolio. Collecting my best work and combining it in a way that made sense was hard. After a while, things seemed ready but in my eyes, I felt like it was far from perfect. My resume and cover letter was the hard part. Of course, I had to make different cover letters for each internship I would apply to, so I left indicators so it would be easy to change things.
I started to look for internships but most required experience. Some had closed their internship opportunities so I was too late to apply. I also saw that for some internships I was under qualified. I started asking at work if anyone knew of internships in my field of work but had no luck.
