  1. 1. Identify your responsibilities within the group: I am in charge of creating a powerpoint for 2 of my group members to present
    2. Did you complete all of the tasks assigned to you? _X__ yes ____ no ____ most of them: I was able to complete the powerpoint presentation due to the fact that I receieved a completed research paper.

    6.This person was incredibly involved in each phase of this project: Yes, she is.
    7. This person completed all work assigned to him/her, but was not otherwise involved: Yes, her and Rehab was in charge of completeing the research paper for the project, and it was completed.
