     “When a woman loves a man, she wants him to meet her at the airport in a foreign country with a jeep. When a man loves a woman he’s there. He doesn’t complain that she’s two hours late and there’s nothing in the refrigerator.” The difference of  the way loving each others between man and woman are distinct.

In a relationship beaker can not be avoid, we need to compromise to each other sometimes. In the poem it says “They fight all the time It’s fun What do I owe you? Let’s start with an apology Ok, I’m sorry, you dickhead. ” When someone apology to the other first when they were having a fight. A person turn his/her head down to the other first to forgive what he or she have done because love is powerful. In the poem” Man gets to undersatnd the womans thoughts better.In the poem tells”When she says tomorrow she means in three or four weeks. When she says, “We’re talking about me now,” he stops talking. Her best friend comes over and says, “Did somebody die?”.” These are saying that man kind of gets the thoughts of the woman when she say talking right now, he keep his mouth shouts.

Sometimes things happens and the path like a flow , you can’t stop it you just continued do it ,accept the things that already be done and the love still in both your hearts.”Ripe apples fall about them. What else can they do but eat?” these says that apple is fall down to the ground the only thing we can do is ate it. Just like in the relationship when it is getting to a point.What else you can do if you want to keep this rellationship, is to inclusive the other person and over come it.

    You need to know what your lover’s thinking sometimes,.knowing what he or she want to gain  in their heart. “When a woman loves a man, she wants him to meet her at the airport in a foreign country with a jeep. When a man loves a woman he’s there. He doesn’t complain that she’s two hours late and there’s nothing in the refrigerator.” These lines in the poem tells that when the girl love her man she want him to go find her and meet her. When a man loves her girl he just want to go see her. They all know each other’s need so the girls make a chance to let the boy find her.

    In a relationship the lovers will have the expectations towards each other want them to accomplish something. In the poem it says “And when she says, “I’ll never speak to you again,” she means, “Put your arms around me from behind as I stand disconsolate at the window. He’s supposed to know that.”.” The woman expect that the man can really understand her true thoughts from her heart, even thought when she said the opposite words.

    By the time you spend with your girl you probably remember what she like what she is thinking what she is feeling most of the time. Known her by heart,let her lived in your heart know what she except you to accomplished.”When a woman loves a man, she wants him to meet her at the airport in a foreign country with a jeep.When a man loves a woman he’s there.     Trust takes an importance place in a relationship. It relates to the future of two people. “One year they broke up seven times and threatened to do it another nine times.”  This quote means that in this year they had a lot of conflict between each other, then lead them to break ups and even more frequently after time.

    The meaning of love is to miss my sb hard everyday every second. protect her, make her laugh everyday .寵著 讓著 愛著 想著.

 

    The meaning of love is let her feel secure and let her know that you are not going to leave her for any reason, work hard for you and her and babys. Let her relax and do the things she want, respect her decisions thoughts, the man should handle the hardwork outside and be the backbone for the family.  In the poem “When a woman loves a man it is one ten in the morning she is asleep he is watching the ball scores and eating pretzels drinking lemonade and two hours later he wakes up and staggers into bed where she remains asleep and very warm.” This means that when a woman loves a man, she can fall asleep beside him no matter what he is doing because she feel secure and warm from the heart.

    The meaning of love is unconditional we give out the good part of us , two not perfect people add it together became one perfect people. And you can always let the your girl feel she is the most happnesses person ,and when she staying with you she don’t need to worry about losing you becausee you will stay beside her no matter what happpenss. “or she is wearing a sweater and sunglasses in Balboa Park and he is raking  leaves in Ithaca”

The image of the passage shows that when the man is raking leaveshe let his girl to stay in the park comfortablely with the sun glasses on, relaxing. It’s a way showing love that he is able to do any job for her. Let her keep in the  fancy living style.

   The time couples spend with each other is always insufficient. “When a woman loves a man, she wants to stay awake. She’s like a child crying at nightfall because she didn’t want the day to end.” In other words, a woman will be unwilling to fall asleep at night because she don’t want to accept the fact that a day passed away and the time she can spend with her loved one have lessened. A woman will never be satisfy by the amount of time she could spend with her man because she wants to stay with that stupid man forever. A woman will only react this way when she falls in love with a man.

    Trust take a important character between the couples, you should always trust your girl , because she love you, every thing she tell you to do have her meaning behind it. A healthy relationship should not have lies.They will trust each other no matter what.When a woman loves a man it is one ten in the morning  she is asleep he is watching the ball scores and eating pretzels drinking lemonade and two hours later he wakes up and staggers  into bed
where she remains asleep and very warm. These passage shows that , the girl trust that the man will neve leave her when she is sleeping so thats the reason she can remain sleep and warm . No matter what he is doing beside her.

 

 

conclusion

    The poem “When a Woman Loves a Man” by David Lehman this poem addresses compromise in a relationship, expectations towards each other and the meaning of love. Just like how they says here love is unconditional , the  insufficient time and the infinity trust within the the two people in the relationship.

Summary “Dreams”by Langston Hughes

1.The poem”Dreams”by Langston Hughes addresses hold fast to dream , dreams die and when dreams go that the life without dreams is going to be meaningless and not vivid.

2.Subtopics:If dreams die ,life is a broken-winged bird. It is describe the image of what is gonna happen to the life after the dream die. Without dreams there is nothing left to your life, it is meaningless and without hardwork to imporving your live, fulfilling youe desires in life and achieving the goals you had set, live is not worth living like that.

3. Subtopic:When dreams go Life is like a barren field with no life on it, and its cover with frozen and snow.
4. Subtopic: Hold fast to your dreams before it die or go.

5.Conclusion: Hold hard to your dreams don’t let them die,the life without dream is just like a bird with a broken winged. Is not going to let all the potential out from you ,and your life is not going to be beautiful and interesting.

1.When she says margarita she means daiquiri. ( this means that you cant take the words from the woman s mouth straight forward , you need to translate it to the opposite meaning)
When she says quixotic she means (mercurial. 易变的)

2.And when she says, “I’ll never speak to you again,”
she means, “Put your arms around me from behind
as I stand disconsolate(悲) at the window.”

He’s supposed to know that. ( the womans think that man should know the true

feeling of them even though they didnt say it on straight forward to the point out from the mouth ,but she thinks that if they the man know themself well the will know her words were all lie , and the truth of her need is the opposite meaning of the words)

When a man loves a woman he is in New York and she is in
    Virginia

( when thhe man loves a woman , they will work hard outside and left there girl behind , and not doing the heavy work, they earn money for them )
or he is in Boston, writing, and she is in New York, reading,
or she is wearing a sweater and sunglasses in Balboa Park and he
    is raking(耙) leaves in Ithaca
or he is driving to East Hampton and she is standing disconsolate
at the window overlooking the bay
where a regatta (帆船赛)of many-colored sails is going on
while he is stuck (坚持)in traffic on the Long Island Expressway.
