    The author is saying that he wants more people live in the country to be able to have good education, the world back then only the wealthy people had been confine the light of knowledge. But the poor people had been exclude from its participation. And the ignorance is the parents of every crime and vice.” Man differs more from man, than man from the beast” it’s not true for this situation now these words says from Montaigne. Because this will create a more gap between a man that have hihg mental cultivation and a man in a state with infinity ignorance.

    Bad governments cause the people to be ignorance. Cultivation is important to the people in the country. You should give the poor people the opportunity for education too. The cultivation will diffused them with cause of industry, good morals, good order, and rational religion.

    In the America all men are created equal and have equal rights. There are no privileged orders, no distinctions in society, without distinction you can’t accomplish the universal education plan ,the blessings of education. In New England they didn’t change there method of education. But in Connecticut a large of amount of school are create base on the fund of that purpose. In those states is not common to find the poor people on the street that can not read and write. But on the street of New England is hard to see one.

    The amount of the fund is increasing from 4 hundred thousand dollar to one million two hundred and fifty thousand dollar in few years. That’s a sum more than enough to help out all the poor people to have a good education.

    This fund is established to destroy vice and ignorance of the people. And it will rest forever last long not gonna be disappear.

    The educational people worried about that the increasing of crime of this city due to the neglected education of the poor people. This paragraph is giving out the examples that In London the people there have became the victim of intemperance, the slaves of idleness, and ready to commit the crime have potential to do. Rather than to cultivate industry.

    The evil must be fixed at its original source, in that case the education was the sovereign prescription of fixing the vice and the crime due to the people that is ignorance.
