Live Well 3rd Full Session

As I complete the third and last session on Live Well. I’m currently in the ‘contemplation’ stage. Since the previous session I’ve incorporated more greens and fruits into my diet and I feel more energetic as a result. I’ve reduced caffeine intake and started taking a multivitamin for days I feel I do not have adequate nutrients in my food. Finals week is coming up and the juggling school and work has been hectic for me. I’ve been taking 30 minute breathers to reduce stress. After the semester is over I intend to look into fitness trackers so that I can start logging my steps and be more proactive about my health.
