The Transportation Diversity Council (TDC) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Transportation Graduate Student Group are pleased to announce the 2020 TDC-MIT Transportation and Infrastructure Summit in Brooklyn, NY on Monday, April 20, 2020. This year’s conference features keynote presentations, panel discussions, and technical tours addressing the theme of “Navigating Organizational and Resiliency Challenges.”
The conference will include the following on-site technical tours:
1. New York City Transit Rail Control Center
2. East Side Access Project
3. Moynihan Station Project (Penn Station Redevelopment)
4. Other tours TBA
You will also be able to hear panel discussions with experts from regional agencies and companies representing all modes of transportation discussing:
1. Navigating Political and Funding Structures
2. Safety and Resiliency Challenges
3. Mitigating Transportation Workforce Challenges
Admission for students is only $10! We are also pleased to offer accommodations on Sunday night plus student admission for $40 (may require 2-4 person/room, we’ll try to accommodate roommate requests as best we can).
