What I learned recently was about a refresher on the industrial revolution and a new learning segment on the Arts and Crafts movement which began somewhere in Britain around perhaps between the Victorian era and the 19th century. The crafts produced into the arts and crafts movement were styled as a decoration or some sort of décor that people started to use as to give a special touch towards their homes and were also placed in museums.
People that contributed to the arts and crafts movement were also artisans. They were either artists, sculptors, and some were even architects. They somehow found their own passion in this movement and carved themselves a path
As said before I had a refresher on the Industrial Revolution. The Industrial revolution began between 1700 hundred and ended around the 1840’s. The Industrial Revolution was a change that both impacted on economic and social statuses for people. For example; the invention of steam engines, sewing machines, and the telephone, inventions like these opened doors to new opportunities for people so they won’t have to suffer anymore
