I intern at the Faculty Commons office which is located on the second floor of New York City College of Technology’s Namm building. The office is dedicated to assisting all the faculty within City Tech, and the design team, which I am a part of, contributes by creating designs for the faculty.

In my role as a design intern I have created posters for school events and to promote classes, brand identities for new school programs, and promotional items for existing programs. I am the lead designer of Scholars Exchange, an annual series where winners of the PSC CUNY grant present their work to other NYCCT faculty members and Nucleus, Faculty Commons’ quarterly academic journal. I have designed two covers for the Brooklyn Waterfront Research Center (BWRC) annual conference. And recently myself and Ashley Valera (another intern at Faculty Commons) designed a marketing campaign to increase the retention of NYCCT’s STEM programs.
