My research question is how has the CV pandemic affected the food and hospitality industry and how did they have to adapt to the new rules and regulations? This topic interests me because I am a former cook, who was laid off at the beginning of the pandemic. I already know that all restaurants had to close when the city was on lockdown but how many restaurants were actually able to reopen versus the amount that had closed down. I plan to explore and find out more about how the CV pandemic impacts the restaurants, the employees, and the financial stability. Also how they have reopened and met the requirements to keep their business growing versus the business that closed down for good. The pandemic had a huge impact on the Culinary Industry leaving many restaurants, food trucks, catering companies and bars across the country.

and this looks good. I just couldn’t recognize the title since I am not in the industry. YOu need to clarify the source and how you know it is a reliable source in your RAB source entry in the Rhetorical Genre Analysis part. We will get to that soon.
OK I am noticing that all your sources are TRADE magazines. Is this right? SO that’s good. However I wonder if ONE of your articles could be a NYT article? So one industry trade magazien article and one NYT article would ba good balance for your TWO periodical/journalism sources.
