In today’s class I learned a great extent of information of what to expect, different career paths the hospitality management world offers. Though, what stood out to me the most was how hospitality has evolved throughout the years worldwide. Moreover, the reason why it became hospitality and its terms. Lastly I was able to learn new terminologies used in the department like the word “purchaser” which is referred to a person in charge of ordering the ingredients and supplies to keep the restaurant running.
