Free to all Student Members and ASME Members and NYSSPE Members, $10.00

Penn State—the Toshiba-Westinghouse Undergraduate Fellows Program

Penn State—the Toshiba-Westinghouse Undergraduate Fellows Program: www.mne.psu.edu/twfp.

Made possible through a gift from Toshiba-Westinghouse, the Toshiba-Westinghouse Undergraduate Fellows Program is a 10-week paid summer program that provides an unparalleled opportunity for undergraduates to obtain hands-on research experience and professional development in the nuclear field at Penn State.  The program runs from May 23—August 1, 2014.  Fellows will receive a $6000 stipend as well as on-campus housing.  We will accept applications via our website until January 31, 2014. 

Applications for this paid summer research experience from outstanding undergraduate students in engineering, computer science, physics or chemistry with an interest in the nuclear field.  Applicants must have completed their sophomore year by the start of summer 2014 and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

BROOKLYN TECH TRIANGLE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (BTTIP)
This program will place you in a paid internship from February to May 2014 in a position that matches your skills and interests. You’ll have the opportunity to work and develop experience in the Architectural and Engineering field.  This will look great on your resume and help you when you graduate and look for a full-time job.  Hours are flexible for a minimum of 10 hours/week.
See the attached notice for more details and instructions on how to apply. Application deadline is 12:00 p.m. Thursday November 14, 2013. Don’t wait until the last minute as you will need time to complete the application.
