I chose the Spanish flu as my topic because of how similar it is to our current situation and how we learned from our mistakes from the 1918 Spanish flu. It’s an interesting topic for me because it’s crazy for us to see how times have changed. Before there were different procedures that Were done when people were quarantined back then to now. I think it’s good to see the somewhat improvement from then to now.

i chose to write about climate change because i think it should be one of the biggest, maybe the most important priorities our world should be dealing with. if we dont deal with this soon there is no turning back. recently or in the past year, ive heard we have 7 years to do something or else nothing can be done. i also care about the animals and other species that will be affected by climate change. we should be trying our best to do what we can to preserve earth. everyones actions impacts something. i believe this is the most important situation we should be dealing with right now. i took an enviormental science class in my senior year and i really enjoyed it.
