Artist Statement

The reason for the specific topic on NFT was because I thought it would be interesting for my specific audience of City Tech freshman’s to know about because it is something that people do not really learn about in school but something you learn yourself. The genre I chose was an Instagram post because I thought it was the best way to reach City Tech freshman’s because most of them are on social media. There are other forms of social media out there, but I believe the most common one used is Instagram which might be the best way to give this information.

    My presentation will be targeted towards kids in college as well as adults who are interested in learning something new that can make an impact on them. The main point from unit 2 has not changed. I think a good genre that can make an impact is something like an Instagram page that explains these things and this is also where a lot of promotions towards NFTs come from and other social media platforms. I will need to have a plan of how I will organize my information and have it reach out to my audience. The first step I will have is creating a new Instagram page. The first step would be to create a post and post all the info I need to on each slide where they will keep sliding for more information.
