My name is Zafir. It was actually mind-opening to me after watching this video because as a kid my name was originally pronounced with za and after going to school, the teachers and my friends would pronounce my name starting with zu and I got so used to it that when people would ask me for my name, I would tell them the pronunciation my teachers and friends would use to pronounce my name and I’ve never noticed that till watching this video. Also, I can relate to this article because I don’t really practice my religion anymore as I use to when I started college. Before college, my parents would send us to Islamic school on the weekends to learn practice our religion, but now I have not been spending much time practicing it.
