SUMMARY —
The author of this essay tells us that he has been discriminated against in varying degrees since he was a child. Because he moved to Calument City to participate in a local learning institution, his application was rejected, so he completely decided to move to live in Mexico. He moved when he was 16. He went to Cañadas to live with his grandparents for a month. When the children call his name, he wanted to tell them that he was from Mexico, but his grandparents quickly corrected him and said he was from the United States. Later, the author hopes to inform people through writing that Mexican Latins should have the same rights as others.

RESPONSE —
I have never happened to this kind of thing because I have never been back to my country (China) since I came to the United States. But I agree with the author’s ideas and practices because I don’t want to wait until I return to my own country, I don’t want to make me feel uncomfortable with them.
