Did you know the squid, octopus, nautilus, and cuttlefish are part of the cephalopods’ family? Cephalopods are mollusks that are very interesting, for example their hearts pump blue blood. They move themselves by using jet propulsion. It’s kind of funny but the name Cephalopods means “head foot” because their foot is so close to the head. Squids and octopuses have developed their foot into a type of funnel. To move around these animals would use their full to direct the water outside the body. Cephalopods are just full of surprises of many surprises like their digestive tract running through their brain.
