The NYC Department of Buildings is focused on the growth and success of students interested in the architecture, engineering, and construction fields.  The DOB Scholars Program is a free, weekly, seminar series hosted at City Tech for CUNY students to network with each other and DOB Employees in various fields. This program is exclusive to CUNY schools solely as we are invested in uplifting CUNY students and fostering a strong community between DOB and CUNY. Lectures will be given by Department of Buildings’ Subject Matter Experts in various fields such as Architectural Plan Examination, Structural Engineering, Construction Site Inspections, and more!Â
The programming takes place in the Spring 2023 semesters on Wednesdays 6-7:30pm. Sessions will be held in person at City Tech’s campus.  The first session will be February 8th. See attached for information.
