Internship Opportunity NYSDOT TCI

As the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) gears up for the upcoming April construction season, we are encouraging interested individuals to apply for the Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI) program. TCIs are vital temporary employees who work under the guidance of Engineers-in-Charge to monitor, inspect, and document road and bridge construction projects. These positions are available statewide for the upcoming season, typically lasting two to nine months. Interviews will be conducted on campus Match 5, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Summer Internship – Brooklyn Navy Yard

BNYDC’s Summer Internship Program connects college-attending students to a wide range of paid internship opportunities with businesses within the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Over the course of an 8-week session, students will be connected to Yard-based businesses and departments according to their future career interests, skill sets, and educational background.  Two 8-week sessions are available to accepted interns. Each accepted student is eligible to participate in one session: Session 1 June 2 to July 25, 2026 OR Session 2 June 23 to August 15, 2026. More info [here].
