Kadeen, similarly to Jason’s post, be more clear on what the rules are for your site, and how you are dealing with them. Instead of showing all C6 commercial districts, focus on our C6-1 site and specifically the rules that apply to that type of lot. How do you calculate that you can have 3 floors of commercial and 8 floors of residential on 75% of the lot?
