After skimming through ” First Year Companion”, what I mainly found useful to it was the further and deeper information that it gives you as a new coming student to City Tech. It’s explaining the basic details that you should expect within your semester which is extremely helpful. A question that I’d have is how the professors see the remote learning situation, is it easier or more complicated for one to handle In a way to make sure that the lessons are explained and displayed the way they want them to. As to what I believe makes a good student is not being so scared to reach out and ask for assistance when needed, also to try and keep yourself well organized.

Excellent response! Thank you for your insight! I think you are right that the most important quality in being a good student is reaching out, and staying committed to the process, especially when hurdles arise.
I think the professors are mostly JUST as FREAKED OUT as students are to have everything online. I know I find it to be REALLY WEIRD! But we will all hang in there and get through this together!
