As I go through my journey here in Florida, I do not forget to experience everything related to Hospitality Management. As I am on my way to the Safari in Animal Kingdom, I stepped in a store, and surprisedly I saw this wine. As I am to ask about the wine, I decide to call one of the cast members and ask about Protea. They had not clue about the wine, they only knows that its imported from Africa. I took a step ahead and before purchasing it, I did my research about it. A wine is not just a a drink, there more in the bottle than liquor. This wine I got it from Magic Kingdom in the South Africa store. I never thought about buying a wine from such a very far country as is located South Africa. When I saw it, I got a lot of thoughts going on, wondering how good was it, the taste, the structure, the aroma, etc. So I decided to buy it and experience it. As I drink this wine seating by the balcony of the apartment, I started to immerse myself into Africa, thinking about the Safari I went to in Animal Kingdom. The Africans dancing in the park, and also the design of the “South Africa” part of the park. This wine I would say is very different from what I am used to drink. This wine with Cocoa, Cigars, and tobacco leaves got into Africa in one second. In your palate you experience the blackcurrant a woody shrub and Its aroma of Black berries is essential. Drinking this Protea made travel to Africa and taste beautiful trees and fruits and it also helped me to keep developing my palate to the wine industry.
