For my research project I will be analyzing this idea: How has design activism revolutionized African-American graphic design?: Exploration into the Black Panther Party, Civil Rights Movement, and Black Lives Matter movement and my personal aesthetic. 
I want to create a conversation around how the visual languages of Black activism have impacted African-American design today. From typography, imagery, color palettes and so much more. I also want to include parts of my own story through the presentation of my own, growing design aesthetic.
