LiveWell Session 2

My diet has been excellent. I avoid fast food.   I’m trying to consume more fruits and vegetables.

Live well session 3

I have completed the live well sessions and found it to be useful in my life. I do try my best to balance my healthy eating with my junk eating from time to time. I believe I manage my stress well enough. As for my exercising, I did start from the first live well session but then I had gotten food poisoning and not too long after, a stomach virus. I thought I lost weight from these two stomach issues, but I did not 🙁 . Since this past weekend, my body is back to normal, I have started again on my exercise routine and planned to keep it come since I have a trip booked to Dominican Republic in June and a wedding in July. Need to be fit 🙂

Livewell Session 2

Instead of frenchfries or candied yams, I chose to roast veggies when I cooked meatloaf for the family. Little choices go a long way.

The weather is getting better and I have been eating out more, which means unhealthier food options.

Livewell Session 3

After completing my livewell session 3,  I was able to receive great feedback. It was interesting to find out that my eating habit can build my confidence by looking for new ways to handle difficult situation. One important thing is that I need to stick with my healthy eating habits, because it can change the way I view myself. I also learn from that session how I can manage stress effectively. Livewell session 3 was success!

Live Well Session 2

Since the living well session , I have seen my nutritionist  twice. I must say that there has been a big improvement in my eating habits e.g.: I now use portion control before plating my  food . I am eating more healthy snacks and exercising twice a week. I feel very good about my health.

LiveWell Session

Incorporating 4 cups of vegetables into my diet has not been easy. I am definitely trying my best and will continue doing so. In relation to exercising and managing stress, I am hoping to be at the maintenance stage by the end of the semester. Good luck to everyone!

live Well nutrition sesion

I did the nutrition session and not meeting the standards of how much calories I have to consumed per day, my diet is very simple and as a Ecuadorian we don’t eat too much vegetables. I tried to incorporated vegetables 2 to 3 times per week so my family and I can start changing the way we eat. I love the fact that this website has different resources that I can use to learn different ways to eat and cook vegetables. I love it, so I’m trying my best. I try to eat fruits almost everyday so in that part I don’t have problems. So far I love the way how live Well push me to change to do better with my life.

LiveWell Session 2

I am still trying to reach maintenance level in almost every category. I walk a lot more than before and balance my meal as much as i can. But sometimes when choice is given between 8oz steak and salad, i choice 8oz steak salad and leave vegetable for perpetual tomorrow . on other hand its a lot faster to get some vegetable and fruits as snacks versus 8oz steak.

i move from preparation to action.  I still exercise regularly and I eat healthier.  I have to spend more time weekly to exercise.   my biggest challenge is my confidence.  I  do not keep up with my routine exercise, I still can commit to exercising 3 to 4 times weekly.  my ultimate goal is to be fit so, I can improve my health.  I am still struggling with my stress issues, now I have tools how to manage my stress.  Every time, I am stress about something I am more likely to turn to sweets.  I need to take more control over stress.
