Some people I can call “family” and be comfortable with aren’t blood-related, but we’re definitely close with each other. I appreciate all 3 of them for being apart of my life and hope to make more everlasting memories.

During history class I made friends with someone, I’ll name them C. She was waiting outside the classroom for the class to start and I approached her. C had long dark wavy hair and wore a t-shirt and jeans. When I first met her she greeted me and was friendly. Meeting C was comforting since she was really sweet with her surroundings. She’s the friend where you can go up to her and she’ll encourage you with her words. We’ve been friends for about 5 years now and all I can say is she’s really the best. As time passed we got to know each other more and met other friends during sophomore year. We met two other people, I’ll give them the letters J and L.

C and I were at this fair our school required us to do and she bought her friends along with her. One of them was L, we got along with each other pretty quick. My first impression of L was that she was an expressive person and the conversation never ends with her. She’ll bring up anything to talk about. I’d say she is the talkative person in our small group. Our friendship did grow stronger when we were in junior year since we had more classes together. The most memorable moment I had was when we went to karaoke (everyone went C, J, and L). L really knew all the lyrics of most songs without looking at the screen which was impressive.

I’ve heard of J before and she was friends with C so we had that in common which made it easier to talk to her. In sophomore year, she sat in front of me during English class and we both talked to each other as the days passed. We began to be closer friends during junior year. I have many similarities with J and she has a really funny personality which makes it entertaining to be around her. We’re always laughing about something. I don’t know if it’s just me but there are some friends where you just stare at them you laugh for no reason. Well, that explains my friendship with her. Not only do we joke around, but we’ve also shared personal things with each other which makes our bond even better.
